摘要 观察了毫米波辐射对K 5 6 2细胞超微结构、钙离子沉淀分布和线粒体跨膜电位(ΔΨm)变化的影响 ,发现低功率密度的毫米波辐射可以引起多数细胞的细胞膜形态立即发生变化 ,同时引起内质网池极度扩张 ,边缘钙离子沉淀增多 ,辐射结束数小时内凋亡细胞逐步增多 .表明低功率密度的毫米波辐射通过影响细胞膜和内质网 ,引起胞内钙离子浓度升高从而诱导细胞凋亡 . The paper studies the effects of millimeter wave irradiation on the changes in the ultrastructure, calcium precipitate distributions and mitochondrial transmembrane potentials(Δ Ψ m ) of K562 cells. It was discovered that exposure to millimeter wave irradiation immediately caused changes in the cell membrances and led to the swelling of the endoplasmic reticulum as well as calcium precipitate on the outer membrances of endoplasmic reticulum. And several hours after the irradiation, the apoptosis rate of the cells increased gradually. These findings indicate that low_power density millimeter wave may increase the calcium concentration by directly affecting the cell membranes and endoplasmic reticulum, thus inducing K562 cells to the state of apoptosis.
