摘要
多路模拟开关 (MUX)广泛应用在各种智能仪器之中 ,MUX的特性对智能仪器的性能有很大影响 .本文对MUX中所存在的固有的信号串扰缺陷进行了比较详尽的理论分析 ,并且针对这种缺陷提出了MUX分组分层、信号错位的设计方案 ,从而基本消除了在MUX中各通道之间存在的信号串扰现象 。
MUX is widely used in many kinds of intelligent instruments. The characteristics of MUX may greatly affect the performance of intelligent instrument. The deficiency of crosstalk in MUX is analyzed in detail in this paper. In order to eliminate the crosstalk, a new design employing group dividing and lay dividing and signal cross_placing is proposed. The crosstalk disturbance between channels in MUX is effectively eliminated and the measuring accuracy is greatly enhanced.
