摘要
采用淤浆法新工艺制备了药剂辅料用羧甲基纤维素钙 (Ca_CMC) ,并与常用崩解剂、根据其它方法制备的Ca_CMC进行了比较 .添加淤浆法制备的羧甲基纤维素钙的素片崩解速度最快 ,且产物中无钙化剂残留 ,其它技术指标达到药剂辅料要求 .文中还对制备过程中Ca2 + 不能完全取代Na+ 的原因做了分析 .
Carboxymethylcellulose calcium for pharmaceutical necessities is prepared by slurry process. Compared with other disintegration agents, the present Ca_CMC has quicker disintegration rate. No calcifying agents remain in the present Ca_CMC samples by slurry process and the content of other impurities satisfies the requirement of pharmaceutical necessities. In addition, the reason that Ca 2+ cannot replace Na + completely in preparing process is discussed.
