摘要
17种蕨类植物叶组织经磷酸缓冲液抽提 ,硫酸铵沉淀 ,得到蛋白质提取液 ,用不同类型的红细胞检测凝集活性 .实验结果表明 ,有 1 2种蕨类植物的提取物中含有凝集素 ,能凝集一种或多种类型的红细胞 ,不同种类对红细胞的凝集效应不同 ,产生凝集作用所需的最低蛋白质浓度相差很大 ,从 0 .8μg /ml到 1 1 0 0 .0μg/ml.在供试的红细胞中 ,鸽子红细胞对蕨类植物凝集素提取物最敏感 .某些种类提取物与兔红细胞的凝集活性可分别被 1种或多种类型糖类所抑制 .多数种类凝集素提取物能够耐高温处理 ( 90~ 1 0 0℃ ) 。
The protein preparations from 17 species of pteridophytes, extracted with Baffered saline and precipitated by solid ammonium suffate, were tested for the agglutinating activity of different erythrocytes. The resultes showed that of the species examined, preparations of 12 species were found to contain lectins which agglutinated one or more types of the erythrocytes used. Agglutinations of erythrocytes produced by different species were different and the minimum protein concentration which was required to produce agglutination varied remarkably ranging from 0.8 μg /ml to 1100.0 μg /ml. Among the erythrocytes used, pigeon ones showed the most sensitivity to lectin extracts from pteridophytes. The agglutinic activity of some species for rabbit erythrocytes was inhibited by one or more types of the sugars assayed. Lectin extracts of most species were tolerant of high temperature treatment. The heat-durability may be related to chemical property of the lectins existing in pteridophytes.
