油茶种子老化进程中质膜伤害的定量分析 被引量:7

摘要 油茶种子老化进程中脱氢酶活性和 SOD活性与质膜相对透性、MDA、钾离子和可溶性糖之间呈显著负相关 .脱氢酶活性和 SOD活性与质膜相对透性、 MDA、钾离子和可溶性糖的弹性系数均属于 EP<0 ,处于脱氢酶活性和 SOD活性对这些生理指标的负效应阶段 .弹性系数和相应的边际量因高温高湿和高温低湿的不同老化处理方法而呈较大差异 。 This paper deals with a quantitative analysis of the effects of SOD and dehydrogenase on relative plasma membrane permeability and cell leaking substances in the seeds of Oiltea Camellia (Camellia oleifera Abel ) during aging. The result showed that the correlations between SOD or dehydrogenase and relative plasma membrane permeability, MDA, were significant. The effects of SOD or dehydrogenase on productive elasticities of relative plasma membrane permeability, MDA, potassium iron and soluble sugar were in negative stage. The productive elasticities and marginal yields of above index of physiology changed with the different aging methods. The productive elasticities of MDA changed significantly.
