摘要
以 4 d龄的泉花 1 0号花生小叶作为外植体 ,从 2 5种培养基中筛选出 MS+ Ag NO3 ( 1.0 ) + 6 -BA5.0 +NAA2 .5培养基为最佳长芽点培养基 ,MS+ Ag NO3 ( 1.0 ) + 6 -BA5.0 + NAA1.0 培养基为最佳长愈伤组织培养基 ;以 4 d龄小叶、子叶、胚轴、及子叶与胚轴相连处为外植体在 MS+ Ag NO3 ( 1.0 ) + 6 -BA5.0 + NAA2 .5培养基上培养 ,结果小叶是诱导长芽的最佳外植体 ;
The medium of MS+AgNO 3(1.0)+6-BA 5.0+NAA 2.5 which was singled out from 25 different media was the best medium for leaflet which explanted from 4-day-old seedlings of peanut cultivar Quanhua No.10 to produce bud primordial, and AgNO 3(1.0)+6-BA 5.0+NAA 1.0+MS was the best medium for producing callos. Comparing to cotyledon,plumular axis and the joint of cotyledon and plumular axis, which were all cultivated on the medium of MS+AgNO 3(1.0)+6-BA 5.0+NAA 2.5, leaflet of this kind of peanut was the best explanting organ for organagenesis. This paper also primarily studied on the effect of catechol to the capacity of agrobacterium transformation for peanut.
