城市土地集约利用评价——以福建省福州市为例

A General Review about the Urban Land Intensive Use——Case Study of Fuzhou City

从福州市城市土地利用的现状分析入手 ,总结了城市土地利用的基本特征及存在问题 ;归纳概括了城市土地集约利用的基本内涵 ,并描述其基本特征 .在此基础上通过不同层次的评价方法 ,对福州市土地集约利用状况进行实地调查与研究 ,综合评价福州市城市土地集约利用水平 。

This paper mainly discusses the problem of the urban land intensive use and takes the Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian province, as a case city. Based on the current situation analysis of the urban land use, the authors summarize the characteristic and existent main limitation of land use in Fuzhou. Therefore, the particularity of the land intensive use has been generalized and according to this connotation the field survey of the project has been put in practice. And then through the building up different evaluation index systems and methods, the authors give the evaluation conclusion about the urban intensive use in Fuzhou. Finally some idea and countermeasure which are beneficial to urban land intensive use have been put forward.
