摘要
生物界内 ,疲劳无时不有 .运动中 ,特别是武术运动 ,疲劳的表现更加明显 .要消除疲劳 ,使机能快速恢复 ,方法很多 ,本文主要用营养方法作解释 .得出的结论是 :训练后多吃糖类物质和面粉等淀粉之类含量高的物质 ;补充肉类和蛋白质 ;补充一定量的无机盐和维生素 .
Fatigue exists at any time in the living world,Especially in Wushu sport,it seems more obvious to us.In order to beat fatigue and make the organic energy recover quickly,we have many approaches.But in this passage we mainly use the nutrition method to explain from the factors caused sport fatigue and from the energy consumed and added.It will tell about the period with important nutrition and the measures to throw away fatigue.It will tell us that Wushu sportsman can get rid of their fatigue by means of adding to nutrition.
