以更新教育思想和教育观念为指导 ,在继承、改进和完善现行体操技术课传统教学模式的基础上 ,创建了五种体操技术课教学模式 ,并对其可行性和可操性进行了实证研究 ,以达到提高教学质量的目的 .

Five kinds of mode for gymnastic course teaching have been established to promote the learning guality of gymnastics.The feasibihty of gymnastic teaching has been examined on the basis of improving and perfecting the tradifional gymnastic course and renovating and tutoring ideas and concept.
