Design of a Urea Sensor

用脲酶预反应器与铵离子选择性光极结合成功地制作了尿素传感器 ,研究了尿素传感器的响应性能 ,并应用于实际样品的测定 ,98.5 %～ 10 1.

A urea sensor has been designed successfully using a urease prereactor combined with an ammonium selective optode. The respond properties are studied. This urea sensor was applied to test practical samples. A recycling ratio of 98.5%~101.3% indicates that this method is reliable.
