摘要
探讨悬浮液进样火焰原子吸收光谱法测定芦荟内凝胶中钙、镁含量的方法.该方法的检出限量为:1.52×102%ug/ml.(钙),9.20×104%ug/ml(镁);平均加标回收率:钙为101.9%,镁为96.43%;相对标准偏差钙为2.5%镁为2.9%本法与消化后液体进样原子吸收光谱法测定相比,污染小、简便、省时.
This paper states a method for sampling of a suspension of aloe and determination of calcium and magnesium in gel of aloe by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection limits were found to be 1 .52×10-2ug/ml for Ca and 9.2× 10-4ug/ml for Mg. The average recoveries of standard addition were 101 .9% for Ca and 96.43% for Mg. The relative standard deviations are 2.5% for Ca and 2.9% for Mg. This method is simpler and faster and makes less pollution than the method digestion liquid sampling and determination of calcium and magnesium in aloe by atomic ab- sorption spectrometry.
