摘要
为研究离心机内部的流动状况 ,采用矢量分裂的有限体积法对强旋转流场中激波进行计算。通过选用二阶总变差减小 (TVD)格式 ,很好地捕捉到了障碍物前方的激波。讨论了在不同气体介质及不同强度的旋转流场中障碍物对激波性质的影响。计算表明 :在障碍物附近 ,随着速度的升高 ,激波强度增强。激波在障碍物两侧有延伸 ,在侧壁高密度区域的激波强度在高马赫数时减弱 ;中心低密度区域由于存在回流 ,使得这一部分气体密度急剧升高。通过数值计算可以为离心机设计提供参考。
This paper studies flow fields in centrifuges. A vector splitting based Finite Volume Method (FVM) was used to analyze the strongly rotating flow field. The total variation diminish (TVD) scheme was used to capture the shock ahead the scoop. The main objective is to analyze how the scoop affects the non uniform field in different situations. The results show that the shock intensity increases as the speed increases near the scoop and that the shock extends on both sides of the scoop. The shock intensity somewhat decreases as the speed increases in the high density area. The shock intensity increases marked in the low density area because of count currents.
