摘要
阐明萃取精馏溶剂加盐如何提高相对挥发度。根据定标粒子理论基本方程的建立过程 ,导出了萃取精馏分离过程盐效应常数与加盐前后无限稀释相对挥发度之间的关系。对分离非极性体系根据定标粒子理论的求解方法计算出盐效应常数 ks,进而求得加盐后无限稀释相对挥发度 ,并与实验值对比吻合良好。对分离极性体系定性比较被分离组分 ks的大小。所得结论与实际情况吻合 。
This work investigates the improved relative volatility at infinite dilution due to the addition of salt for extractive distillation processes. Analysis of the fundamental equations of scaled particle theory provides the relationship between the salting coefficient and the relative volatilities at infinite dilution with and without salt. A salting coefficient k s was obtained using scaled particle theory for separating non polar systems. For separating polar systems, the results correspond with a qualitative analysis of the salting coefficient. The results agree with experimental values.
