本文探讨了西方国家适应学生个别差异 ,培养学生个性发展的个别化教学问题 。
This paper mainly probes into individualized practice according to the students′ characteristics in Western class. It can be used for beneficial reference in the pursuance of reformation in quality education that takes students creativity as core in china.
