摘要
高校德育工作中引入效益观念 ,以德育效益为评价指标来衡量高校德育工作的成效 ,对于提高 高校德育工作的针对性和实效性具有十分重要的作用。同时高校德育工作具有自身的特点 ,要求正确树立科学 的德育效益观念 ,这是实现以德育效益为评价指标来衡量高校德育工作的成效 。
To apply the concept of effectiveness to moral education in colleges and universities and to evaluate the work of moral education with it are very important to the practicality of moral education. The characteristics of moral education requires forming the concept of effectiveness, which works as a precondition to realize the effectiveness as a standard to evaluate moral education, thus improve the practicality in colleges and universities.
