The Background, Process and Characteristics of Wenzhou′s Second Occupation during the War of Resistance Against Japan

抗日战争时期 ,日寇的铁蹄曾先后三次践踏温州 ,使温州人民备受烧杀抢掠之苦。本文 主要是对温州第二次沦陷的背景、经过及特点作些论述 ,共分三部分 :一、温州第二次沦陷的背景 ;二、温 州第二次沦陷的经过 ;三、温州第二次沦陷的特点 :1 沦陷时间较第一次相对较长 ,平民伤亡和工商经济损 失更重。2 鉴于“四·一九”沦陷的经验教训 ,专署制定了“应变计划” ,但也不过是闭门造车的消极计划 而已。 3 日寇的战略目标更加明确 ,手段极其残忍。 4 没有正式的汉奸组织 。

During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Japanese army occupied Wenzhou three times which made Wenzhou people suffer the pain of fire, killing and pluck, The thesis is mainly aimed to espound the background, process and Characteristics of Wenzhou′s second occupation in three parts: Ⅰ.the background of Wenzhou′s second occupation, Ⅱ.the process of Wenzhou′s second occupation,Ⅲ.the characteristics of Wenzhou′s second occupation. There are four characteristics,(Ⅰ) the duration of the second occupation was relatively longer compared with the first occupation and the civilian casualties and the loss of industrial and commercial economy more severe,(Ⅱ)Having learned from the lesson of'the April 19 Occupation', the government speenally made a 'Flexible Dealing Plan'but it was only a passive plan with no regard to reality.(Ⅲ) the Japanese aggressors strategic aim was more definite and their means more cruel,(Ⅳ) No formal traitors′organication, only a semi-supporting conference.
