摘要
采用柠檬酸盐溶胶 -凝胶法制备了组成为 Li3 -2 x Znx PO4 ( x=0 .1~ 0 .5 )的固体粉末和烧结体 ,对其相结构的研究结果表明 ,当 x=0 .1~ 0 .4时 ,烧结体是由 γ -Li3 PO4 和 α-Li4 Zn( PO4 ) 2 两相构成的混合相 ,而 x=0 .5时 ,烧结体的相组成为 α-Li4 Zn( PO4 ) 2 单相 ,用这种合成方法得到样品的合成温度较传统的固相合成降低了约 4 0 0℃ .用交流阻抗技术测定了烧结体的导电性 ,随着组成的不同 ,样品显示出不同程度的导电性 ,当 x=0 .5、相结构为α-Li4 Zn( PO4 ) 2 时 ,样品具有最高的导电性 ,2 5℃时σ=1 .6
The samples of Li 3-2 x Zn x PO 4( x =0.1~0.5)were prepared by citrate sol gel method.The results determined on structure showed that they were α Li 4Zn(PO 4) 2+ γ Ⅱ Li 3PO 4( x =0.1~ 0.4) mixedphase and α Li 4Zn(PO 4) 2( x =0.5) single phase in this system,formation temperatures of the samples was much lower then those prepared by solid state reaction.Ionic conductivity of the sinters was measured by acimpedance spectrum,in which the sample of α Li 4Zn(PO 4) 2 had a high Li cationic conductivity of 1.66μS/cm at 25℃.
