摘要
用流变相法合成了苯甲酸钙 ,通过元素分析 ,红外光谱确定了它的组成和晶体结构 .用 DTA和 TG研究了它在氮气气氛中的热分解过程 ,并用红外光谱表征了热分解产物 .苯甲酸钙在氮气中分两步分解 ,首先分解生成碳酸钙和二苯甲酮等 .碳酸钙进一步分解生成氧化钙 .由此确定了二苯甲酮的绿色合成路线 .
Calcium benzoate was synthesized using rheological phase reaction. The complex was characterized by using elemental analysis and IR. The mechanism of thermal decomposition for calcium benzoate was studied by using TG, DTA, and IR. The thermal decomposition of calcium benzoate in nitrogen proceeded in two stages: first it decomposed to form CaCO 3 and organic compounds. The CaCO 3 decomposed to form CaO and carbon dioxide. The organic compounds obtained from decomposition reaction are mainly benzophenone. From this,the green synthesis route of benzophenone was defined.
