摘要
用正交法结合小槽试验与 Hull Cell试验 ,合成并筛选出几种有机物作为新型氰化镀银光亮剂 ,讨论了各种工艺条件对镀层外观的影响 ,并提出了该光亮剂的最佳工艺条件 .通过阴极极化曲线和 SEM的测定初步研究了新型氰化镀银光亮剂在镀液中的行为 .
Several kinds of organics are synthesized and chosen for new brighteners in cyanide silver plating solution by perpendicularity which combine the Hull Cell and small bath experiments. The effects on the coating which made by the processes condition are discussed. The fittest process condition is also made. The electrochemical behavior of the new brighteners is preliminary step studied by cathodic polarization and SEM.
