摘要
以番茄下胚轴为外植体诱导愈伤组织 ,转入含 10 g LNaCl的筛选培养基上培养 ,经过 3代高盐直接筛选 ,获得耐盐愈伤组织 ,进行电镜观察 ,结果表明 ,存活下来的耐盐绿色愈伤组织细胞及细胞器 (与对照相比 )形态结构正常 ,代谢活动旺盛 。
The calli produced from hypocotyl of tomato,that had been maintained for 60d, were transferred to media supplemented with NaCl 10g/L for callus selection.NaCl tolerant calli were obtained by three generations of selections.On medium containing NaCl 10g/L,cells and their organelleles in NaCl tolerant calli had normal morphology and structure,and vigorous metabolism;but in untolerant calli,the majority of cells turned towards dying.
