水墨用羧基丁苯胶乳的合成

摘要 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用复合乳化剂,加入乙烯基不饱和羧酸,当Bd/St=30/70—40/60(质量比)时,合成了一种具有核-壳结构的水墨用羧基丁苯胶乳,并进行了200 L和3m^3聚合釜放大试验。结果表明,该胶乳机械稳定性优良,粒子分布均匀,颜料润湿性和着色性良好。经试印证明,由该胶乳制成的水墨具有印刷品光泽好、对纸张的粘接牢度高和真实感强等特点。 Carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex with a new style core-shell structure for water-based printing inks was synthesized . The effects of vinyl unsaturated carboxylic acids, initiators, emulsifiers and temperature on the polymerization and latex properties were studied. The scale-up tests were carried out in 200 L and 3 m3reactors, respectively. It was found that this latex was excellent in mechanical stability, more uniform in particle size distribution and had good pigment wetting property. The print test showed that the water-based printing inks made from this latex had excellent glossy on printed matter, fastness to adhering paper and the pictures were more true to nature.
