在调查汉江源头流域水土保持现状的基础上 ,认识水土流失造成的危害 ,分析水土流失形成的原因 ,提出治理水土流失的措施体系 ,为实施“生态环境的保护与建设”战略 ,为再造“山川秀美”

According to investigation of soil and water conservation status in the Hanjiang river's fountainhead valley,the author cognizes the danger caused by soil and water erosion, analyses the formative reason of soil and water erosion, and put forwards the system of measure controlling soil and water erosion in order to implement the strategy to protect and rebuild ecological environment,green mountains and clean rivers in western region.
