摘要
干旱导致大豆(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)叶相对含水量逐渐降低,膜透性增加。干旱条件下SOD 总活下降,比活增加。干旱锻炼使SOD 比活明显提高,锻炼植株在干旱处理中具较低的MDA 及H_2O_2水平。干旱使未经锻炼植株叶膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度降低,但锻炼植株在干旱处理后膜脂脂肪酸组成的变化并不显著。
Lipid peroxidation in leaves of pot-cultured soybean plants induced by water stress was studied.Increasing duration of stress produced a proportional increase in the specificactivity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malon a dehyde (MDA),but de-creased the total activity of SOD and the index of unsaturated fatty acid (IUFA) of mem-brane lipids.H_2O_2 accumulated rapidly after the starting of stress.Hardening pretreatmentlowered the degree of leaf membrane alterations after stress that was determined byelectrolyte leakage measurements and by MDA levels.The IUFA of membrane lipids andthe level of H_2O_2 were also less affected by water stress in leaves of soybean plants culturedwith low water supply.The relation between water stress induced lipid peroxidation anddrought resistance were discussed.
