摘要
测定了甲基托布津、使百克、扑海因、农抗 12 0、抗枯宁等药剂对枯萎病菌的毒力作用及对西瓜种子萌发、成苗的影响 ,结果表明 :使百克对西瓜枯萎病菌生长具有明显的抑制作用 ,EC50 为0 .3772 μg/ ml;扑海因、农抗 12 0、抗枯宁和甲基托布津对病菌的生长也有一定的抑制作用 ,EC50 分别为 15 2 .32 μg/ ml、16 .6 4μg/ ml、15 6 .4 5 μg/ ml和 4 6 7.6 2 μg/ ml。扑海因和低浓度的使百克作为浸种剂是安全的。
The toxicity of70 % Topsin- m,2 0 % prochloraz,4 % nongkang12 0 ,2 0 % kangkuning, and 5 0 % iprodione to Fusariumoxysporium f.sp.niveum were studies in the laboratory respectively.The results showerd that The EC5 0 value of70 % Topsin- m,2 0 % prochloraz,4 % nongkang12 0 ,2 % kangkuning,and iprodione each is separately that4 6 7.2 μg/ml、0 .3772 μg/ml、 16 .6 4μg/ml、15 6 .4 5 μg/ml and 15 2 .32 μg/ml.The safety of them to seed gemination were also studied.
