摘要
48只45日龄的塞北兔仔兔随机分为6组(每组8只,♀♂各半),分别饲喂6种日粮,采用饲养、消化代谢、屠宰、绝食代谢等试验方法研究肉用兔生长阶段的能量需要量。试验结果表明:(1)肉用兔生长阶段的日粮在蛋白质含量适宜的条件下,消化能(DE)含量在2515—2850Kcal/kg DM 时能满足自由采食状态下的需要。在此水平下试兔采食的DE多,能量的转化率及沉积率高,平均日增重也高;(2)不同的日粮组成对能量的消化率及对总能(GE)的代谢率有显著影响(P<0.05),而对DE 的代谢率没有影响,DE 转化为代谢能(ME)的效率为94%;(3)生长肉兔的绝食代谢产热量(FHP)为84.98Kcal/w^(0.75)d。综合试验结果,析因法得出如下回归方程用以求不同体重、日增重的能量需要量:DEI(Kcal/d)=134w^(0.75)+3.9702ADG(g)MEI(Kcal/d)=126w^(0.75)+3.7320ADG(g)
Experiments of feeding,digestion-metabolism,slaughter and fast-metabolism were conducted with 48 “Sai Bei” rabbits averaging 45±3 days post partum in 6 groups each fed ad libitum one of 6 diets.The results as follows:(1)The DE concentration of the diets from 2515 to 2850Kcal/kgDM could meet the growing meat rabbits'DE requirement fed ad libitum on condi-tions that dietary CP was satisfied.At this dietary DE level,energy intake,conversion reten-tion and average daily gain(ADG) of the rabbits were high.(2)Dietary ingridents affected GE→DE and GE→ME significantly but DE→ME not significantly.The conversion ef-ficiency of DE to ME was 94%.(3)The fasting heat production (FHP) of the growing meatrabbits was 84.98 Kcal/W^(0.75).d.From all experimental data and statistics work,the follow-ing equations were established to estimate the requirement of growing meat rabbits for ener-gy:DEI(Kcal/d)=134W^(0.75)+3.9702 ADG(g)MEI(Kcal/d)=126W^(0.75)+3.7320 ADG(g)
