摘要
本文对大黑鳃金龟(Holotrichia oblita Faldermann)卵的胚胎外形发育过程,进行了较为详细的观察。依据其在发育过程中,反映在外表卵粒形态、卵壳颜色变化、以及胚胎发育的特征,将它划分为胚盘、胚带期,附肢分化期,胚动期,背合期和胚熟期5个时期。在短期预测预报上,可采用检查卵胚胎发育进度的方法,当胚熟期卵粒达50%以上时,定为蛴螬的防治适期。
The embryonic development of Holotrichia oblita Faldermann was studied.According (?)to the shape and color of eggs,and the features of the embryonicdevelopment,it is divided into blastoderm-germband stage,appendage-generating stage,blastokinesis stage,dorsal enclosure stage and mature stage.As to short-period prediction,one can observe the progress of embryonic development:eggs at mature stage over 50%could be considered as the proper time to control grubs.
