摘要
对36头供体母牛进行了超排处理。从开始超排日直到采卵日,每天采奶样测定其奶孕酮(MP_4)含量,并根据含量的高低将供体母牛分为A(>3ng/ml)和B(<3ng/ml)两组。根据可用胚胎率将供体分为C(0~59%可用胚胎率)和D(60~100%可用胚胎率)两组.结果表明,超捧前的MP_4含量与卵巢反应相关不显著,从发情后第3天直到采卵日,MP_4含量同卵巢反应有显著的正相关,即MP_4含量高,超排效果好。MP_4含量与胚胎质量也有关,超排前的MP_4含量高,胚胎质量好。而在发情日,MP_4含量高,则胚胎质量差。MP_4含量测定可作为预测超排效果较准确的依据。
Superovulation was induced in 36 cows.From the beginning of treatment to embryocollection,milk progesterone(MP_4)was measured daily.Donor cows were divided intoGroups A(≥3ng/ml)and B(<3ng/ml)based on the levels of MP_4 or into Groups C(0~59% Viable embryo)and D(60~100% Viable embryo)according to the percentage ofviable embryos.As a result,no significant correlation(P>0.05)was found betweenMP_4 levels before treatment and ovarian response.From the 3rd day after oestrus to em-bryo collection,a significant correlation was found between MP_4 levels and ovarian re-sponse.The levels of MP_4 in this period could be used to predict ovarion response of donorcows.There was a correlation between the levels of MP_4 and the quality of embryos.Levelsof MP_4 before treatment were high,and the quality of embryos was good.However,the lev-els of MP_4 in the estrous period were high,and the quality of embryos was bad.Determina-tion of MP_4 levels is an accurate method of predicting superovulated results.
