温度和不同生长调节物质对水稻种胚发芽的影响

Effect of Temperature and Different Regulating Materials to the Growth of Rice on the Germination of Embryo

试验选用水稻品种中花 1 5种子 ,在不同温度处理进行发芽试验 ,并用 GA3 赤霉素 、6-BA、NAA 萘乙酸 处理水稻种子 ,研究温度和不同生长调节物质对中花 1 5发芽的影响 .正交试验结果表明 :经 1 0 mg/ L GA3浸泡处理 3 5 h后于 2 6～ 2 8℃恒温处理 5 d,对其种子发芽效果显著 ,6-BA、NAA效果次之 .

The seed of rice variety'zhong hua 15'was selected and germination in the different temperature was tested.Also,to study the effect of temperature and different regulating materials to the growth on the germination of 'zhong hua 15',the seed was treated with GA 3,6-BA and NAA.The results of orthogonal test show that after 35 h of soaking with 10 mL/g GA3,and then treated 5 days with the constant temperature of 26～28 ℃,the germination percentage of the seeds was the highest,and 6-BA and NAA take second place.
