摘要
引进 2个日本大花蕙兰品种 ,利用不同温室、不同基质和不同季节试管苗移栽对比实验 ,在天津地区建立一个大花蕙兰组培试管苗移栽、幼苗栽培、商品成花批量生产的可行方案 .经过 3 a实验 ,得出试管苗在天津春天移栽成活率最高 ,达到 97.9% .幼苗经 3 a种植 ,开花率达到 89% .2个品种在种植管理中差别不明显 .影响试管苗成活率和幼苗生长的主要因素是夏季高温和水 p H值偏高 .天津秋季低温对大花蕙兰花芽分化有积极的影响 .
Two Japanese varieties of Cymbidium were introduced to Tianjin district and comparative experiments were made by transplanting test tube seedlings of different greenhouses, different media and seasons. A practicable program for transplanting and cultivating test tube seedlings of Cymbidium tissue culture and mass production of marketable adult flowers was founded. The result of three years experiments showed that it was in spring in Tianjin that the survival rate of test tube seedling transplanting was the highest, up to 97.9%. The blooming rate of seedlings after cultivating for 3 years was up to 89%. No difference was observed between two varieties during their cultivating management period. The main factors influencing the survival rate of test tube seedlings and the growth of seedlings were high temperature in summer and high pH value of water. Low temperature in autumn in Tianjin has a positive effect on differentiation of Cymbidium flower bud.
