摘要
两年的试验结果表明:6个冬小麦品种在长期水分胁迫、短期水分胁迫和缓慢脱水下均产生渗透调节,而在3种方式的迅速脱水条件下均不产生渗透调节。从拔节到乳熟的5个生育期中,以孕穗和灌浆期的渗透调节能力较强,5个生育期3个处理水平的平均渗透调节能力为:秦麦3号(0.95 MPa)>昌乐5号(0.84 MPa)>山农587 (0.80 MPa)>济南13(0.71 MPa)>烟农15(0.68 MPa)>鲁麦5号(0.67 MPa),即抗旱性强的品种均大于抗旱性弱的品种。
The results of a two-year experiment showed that all six wheat cultivars producedosmotic adjustment under long-term water stress,short-term water stress and slowly dewatering conditions,did not produce osmotic adjustment under rapidly dewatering in thethree conditions.During the period from jointing to milking mature,the osmotic adjust-ment ability at booting and grain filling stages was stronger than that at other three stages.The average ability of osmotic adjustment of three treatments from jointing to milking ma-ture was as follows:Qinmai №3(0.95 MPa)>Changle №5(0.84MPa)>Shannong 587(0.80 MPa)>Jinan №13(0.71 MPa)>Yannong №15(0.68 MPa)>Lumai №5(0.67 MPa)、i.e.the ability of osmotic adjustment of the cultivars with strong drought resistance waslarger than that of the cultivars with weak drought resistance.
