胆碱与小麦品种抗赤霉病关系的研究 被引量:1

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHOLINE COMPOUND CONTENT AND HEAD BLIGHT RESISTANCE IN WHEAT VARIETIES

摘要 测定了对赤霉病抗性不同的 4个小麦品种———苏麦 3号、望水白 (抗病 )和凡 6、绵阳 11号 (感病 )穗部器官的胆碱类物质 (胆碱、甜菜碱 )总含量和抽提物以及胆碱对赤霉菌生长的刺激效应。结果表明 ,花药、颖壳和穗轴的抽提物及胆碱对赤霉菌分生孢子萌发、芽管伸长和菌丝生长有明显刺激作用。花药中的胆碱类物质含量显著高于颖壳和穗轴中的含量。花药的胆碱类物质含量在抗感品种间无显著差别 ;而颖壳和穗轴中的胆碱类含量 ,则是感病品种高于抗病品种。 Contents of choline and betaine in the ears of four wheat varieties, two resistant and two susceptible to head blight (Fusarium graminearum) , and their extracts were determined. The results indicated that crude choline and betaine and their water extract from the anthers, glume and rachis showed a marked stimulating effect on conidium germination, germ tube extension and hypha growth of Fusarium graminearum. Total amount of choline and betaine in the anther was significantly higher than that in the glume and rachis. No significant difference in choline and betaine content in the anther was observed between the resistant varieties (Sumai 3 and Wangshuibai) and the susceptible varieties (Fan 6 and Mianyang 11) whereas their content in the glume and rachis of the susceptible varieties was higher than that in the resistant varieties. Such results suggest that total choline and betaine in the glume and rachis of wheat is one of the factors related to the augmentability of the pathogen.
