摘要 通过器官发生途径 ,由大豆子叶节诱导丛生芽。在相同的培养基和激素浓度条件下 ,不同基因型之间的诱导率相差很大 ,其中以“吉林 30”、“吉林 4 7”和“美引一号”的诱导率较高。不同的激素组合和水平 ,对大豆子叶节丛生芽的诱导率也不同 ,其中诱导培养基以MSB +6 BA 4mg/L +IBA 0 2mg/L及MSB +6 BA 2mg/L+IBA 0 2mg/L +KT Multiple shoots were induced on cotyledon nodes of soybean by means of organogenesis. Under the condition of the same culture medium and concentration of phytohormone,different induction frequencies of multiple shoots were found in different genotypes, among which 'Jilin 30', 'Jilin 47' and 'Meiyin No.1' possess very high induction frequencies. Different combinations of phytohormone and different levels of phytohormone also resulted in the differences in induction frequencies. High frequencies appeared when cotyledon nodes were induced in the culture media of MSB+6 BA 4 mg/L+IBA 0 2 mg/L and MSB+ 6 BA 2 mg/L+IBA 0 2 mg/L+KT 1?mg/L
