赤霉素和α-萘乙酸对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响 被引量:22

摘要 采用不同浓度的赤霉素 (GA)和α 萘乙酸 (NAA)配制成综合马铃薯培养基对羊肚菌菌丝体生长情况进行了研究。结果表明 :2种激素对其都有不同程度的促进作用。GA在 0 5~ 10 μg/mL浓度下有明显的促进作用 ,其中以 5 μg/mL处理促进作用最强 (P <0 0 0 1) ;NAA也有促进作用 ,以其 5 μg/mL处理第 6d时促进作用最强 (P <0 0 5 ) ;GA对羊肚菌菌丝体生长的促进作用明显优于NAA。 The effects of GA and NAA on the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta were studied on potato culture media The results showed that both GA and NAA of different concentrations could enhance the growth of hyphae of M esculenta to varying degrees The treatment of hyphae with 0 5~10?μg/mL of GA could significantly promote the growth of hyphae, and if the concentration of GA was 5?μg/mL ( P <0 001), hyphae growth could reach its best state; NAA also could enhance the growth of hyphae but not as much effectively, and only with 5?μg/mL in the sixth day the effect was the best( P <0 05) Conclusion: the effects of GA on the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta are much better than those of NAA
