摘要
无土沙培黄瓜用5种pH 值的营养液进行栽培试验证明,除pH2和pH10营养液栽培黄瓜不能正常生长之外,pH4、6、8培养植株的干物质均能按S 形曲线正常增长。但生长曲线动态表现不同。植株在结果期前,其干物质随营养液pH 值升高而下降,进入结果期。则随营养液pH 值的升高而上升。表明黄瓜在以营养生长为主的阶段适宜偏酸性营养液,在产量形成阶段营养液宜微碱性。供试植株于物质累积总量(克/株)、生长效率(克/株·天)和产量效应则依次为pH8>pH6>pH4>pH10。全生育期的光合强度、蒸腾强度、根系活力的表现趋势与植株干物质相同。
The cucumber plants cultured in nutrient solutions with five pH values(2,4,6,8,and10 resp.)showed that in solutions with pH4.6 or 8 they could grow normally following Stype curve,but the growth curves varied from each other.The accumulation of dry matterswas reduced before fruiting and then increased as pH was increased.The final dry weight,maximum dry matter accumulation rate and yield of the plants cultured in sequence werepH8>pH6>pH4>pH10.The experiment proved that before fruiting when the plants werein vegetative growth,acidic or weakly acidic nutrient solution was favorable for growth,but at the fruiting stage neutral or weakly basic one was suitable for growth.The leaf area,intensity of photosynthesis and root vigor of the plants at different growth stages changedin the same way as the dry weight of shoot.
