不同收获时间全株玉米青贮饲料在牛瘤胃内干物质降解率的研究

DM Degradability of Corn Silages Harvested at Different Periods in the Rumen of Cattle

利用 3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的西门塔尔杂种一代公牛 ,采用瘤胃尼龙袋技术 ,测定了不同收获期“四单 19”全株玉米青贮饲料的干物质瘤胃降解率。结果表明 :各期干物质瘤胃降解率依次为 :6 5 81%、6 7 5 9%、6 1 0 4 %。根据测试结果分析 ,在吉林省中部地区 ,全株玉米青贮以 8月 31日至 9月 7日收获制作 。

Three Simmental crossed cattle fitted with permanent cannula were used to determine the dry matter degradability of corn silages harvested at different periods in the rumen The plants were harvested and ensiled on 31 August, 7 and 14 of September. The results showed that the DM degradability of corn silages were 65 81%,67 59% and 61 04%,respectively The experiment reflected that corn silages harvested on September 7th had higher feeding value in the middle of area of Jilin province.
