摘要
以大豆疫霉根腐病病原菌 1、2 5号生理小种 ,对黑龙江、吉林、辽宁省的大豆品种 (系 ) 95 6份进行了抗源筛选 ,筛选出了 2 3个品种 (系 )兼抗 2 5号和 1号生理小种 ,占供试材料的 2 .5 4 %。筛选出抗 2 5号生理小种的品种 (系 ) 6 8份 ,占 7.4 8% ,抗 1号生理小种的品种 (系 ) 2 5 1份 ,占 2 7.77%。
This study served as a basic research for resistance breeding, by using race 25 and race 1 of Phytophthora sojae , 956 varieties (lines) from Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning province were evaluated for screening resistant germplasm, which might provide resistant germplasm and parents for disease-resistant breeding programme as well as provide basic materials for basic research of resistant genetics, resistant mechnism etc. Of 956 soybean germplasm, 23 varieties (or lines) (2.54%) were resistant to both R 25 and R 1. Furthermore, 68 varieties (or lines) were resistant to R 25 , 251 varieties (or lines) were resistant to R 1, the percentages were 7.48% and 27.77% respectively.
