摘要
以犬瘟热病毒为模式病毒 ,将CpG DNA与铝胶、蜂胶 2种对照佐剂分别与犬瘟热病毒灭活疫苗配合 ,给犬接种疫苗前后用微量中和试验抽查血清中和抗体效价 ,根据抗体效价高低判断佐剂的免疫增强效果。结果表明 ,3种佐剂疫苗均能诱导产生特异性抗体 ,但组间抗体效价有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,CpG DNA的免疫增强作用明显高于其它 2种佐剂 ,CpG DNA所诱导的抗体效价较蜂胶佐剂高 5倍 ,较铝胶佐剂高 7倍。
Bacterial CpG DNA and other two adjuvants of propolis and aluminium hydroxide were seperately injected into 80 dogs together with inactivated vaccine of canine distemper virus. A virus neutralization assay was performed for detecion the specific antibody to canine distemper virus in sera from innoculated dogs. The adjuvanticity of the adjuvants was evaluated by titres of the neutralizing antibody. Results suggested that all of the three adjuvants coadministered with the inactivated vaccine induced significant neutralizing antibody titers. However, bacterial CpG DNA induced much higher neutralizing titers than other two adjuvants (P<0.01). It was demonstrated that the bacterial CpG DNA augmented antibody levels by up to sevenfold for aluminium hydroxide and fivefold for propolis on average. In conclusion, bacterial CpG DNA can be used as a novel adjuvant in the control of animal infectious diseases.
