摘要
通过对人工感染旋毛虫病鼠的驱虫试验 (初试 )、人工感染旋毛虫病猪的驱虫试验 (中试 )和自然感染旋毛虫病猪的驱虫试验 (终试 ) ,筛选出了猪旋毛虫病的有效驱虫药物与安全有效的用药剂量。用 6 0mg/kg体重剂量的丙硫咪唑 ,驱虫率可达 10 0 % ;用同样剂量的甲苯咪唑驱虫率可达 86 .4%。
The effective drugs and safety concentration of expelling trichinae were selected through 3 expelling trichinae experiment in mouses of artificial infection (preliminary test),in pig of artificial infection (middle test) and in pig of natural infection (final test).The rate of expelling trichinae was 100% by using 60 mg/kg Albendazole and 86.4% by using same concentration of Mebendazol.
