摘要
通过 2年田间裂区试验研究了二苯胺法和反射仪法在油菜氮营养快速诊断中的应用。提出油菜氮营养诊断最佳部位为叶柄基部组织 ,苗期和苔期均是油菜氮营养诊断的最佳时期 ,但苔期不同叶位叶柄NO3 - N含量存在明显差异 ,以下部叶柄NO3 - N含量较高且较能准确反映油菜氮营养状况 ,将其作为取样部位最为适宜。试验还表明油菜氮营养诊断临界值可能受多种因素的影响 ,本文虽然提出了油菜氮素缺乏的临界指标 ,但只能作为生产实践的参考指标之一。
Based on two-year split field experiments in Sichuan Province.,quick testing technique of oilseed rape nitrogen nutrition were researched using the diphenylamine method and Merckoquant Test The optimum diagnosis tissue for rape N nutrition is the leafstalk bases,and both seedling stage and shooting stage are optimum stages for rape N nutritional diagnosis.However,there are significant differences in NO 3-N concentration between different leaf locations at shooting stage.The NO 3-N concentration in upper leafstalk is relatively high and can reflect rape N nutritional status correctly,so the upper leafstalk can be used as optimum sampling tissue.The experiment results also showed the critical value for rape N nutritional diagnosis is affected by various factors.As a result,this paper put forward the critical index of N deficiency in rape but it is only regarded as a reference index in production practice.
