菜田植物病毒病种类调查及血清学鉴定——马铃薯Y病毒和芜菁花叶病毒的分布

SEROLOGICAL IDENTIFICATION OF POTATO VIRUS Y AND TURNIP MOSAIC VIRUS IN VEGETABLE FIELDS

1984～1989年,在济南、泰安市郊菜田采集到病毒病样本297个,用试管沉淀法和SDS—琼脂免疫双扩散法对马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)和芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)在采集样本中的分布进行了测定。结果表明,当P=0.95时,PVY和TuMV在测定样本中阳性率的置信区间分别为13.9～22.6%和14.5～23.3%。在不同科的样本中,两种病毒的阳性率不同,TuMV在十字花科样本中阳性率最高,为72.2%,而PVY则在豆科中阳性率最高,为25.9%。两种病毒在不同科的蔬菜样本中均有复合感染,在葫芦科中复合感染率最高。

In 1984-1989,297 samples with plant virus diseases collected from vegetable fields in Jinan and Taian suburbs were determined for distribution of potato virus Y(PVY)and turnip mosaic virus(TuMV)in the samples by tuber precipitation and SDS-agar gel diffusion.The confidence interval of positive rates of PVY and TuMV in the samples was 13.9-22.6% and 14.5-23.% respectively(P=0.95).Among samples of different families,the positive rates of PVY and TuMV were different and the one of TuMV was highest(72.2%)in samples of Cruciferae,while the one of PVY was highest(25.9%)in samples of Legume.Both PVY and TuMV could be detected together in some plants and the rate of complex infection was not the same in samples of different families,and the highest was in samples of Cucurbitaceae.
