小尾寒羊冷冻精液制作保存技术研究

在制作小尾寒羊冻精颗粒时,我们对其冷冻稀释液和甘油浓度进行了研究。结果表明, 2号稀释液效果最好(P<0.05),甘油浓度为6 %时的冷冻效果最佳(P<0.01);在40～50 ℃解冻后,其活力可达0.5以上。

The extenders of frozen semen and the glycerol contents were studied by the authors when they produced frozen semen pellets of small-tail sheep. The results showed that the best extender was namber 2# (P<0.05) in four groups. The effects of frozen semen was best in all treatment groups when the glycerol content was 6 percent(P<0.01).The thawn motility was 0.5 after the frozen semen pellet was thawed at 40 ℃ to 50 ℃.
