摘要
运用PAGE水平板电泳法对甘肃省3个滩羊产区293份血清样品转铁蛋白(Tf)、白蛋白(Alb)基因座多态性进行了检测。结果表明,甘肃滩羊Tf基因座共存在21种基因型,TfAA、TfAB、TfAC、TfAD、TfAM、TfAP、TfBB、TfBC、TfBD、TfBE、TfBM、TfBP、TfCC、TfCD、Tf CM、TfCP、TfDD、TfDE、TfGG、TfGB、TfGC,它们分别受TfA、TfB、TfC、TfD、TfE、TfG、TfM和TfP 8个共显性复等位基因控制,TfBC和TfCC基因型、TfB和TfC基因为各群体中的优势基因型和优势基因;未在血清Alb基因座检测到多态性,它呈现单态。
Tan-yang sheep of Gansu were used to investigate the polymorphism of Tf and Alb by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the locus of Tf appeared 21 genetypes which were TfAA、TfAB、TfAC、TfAD、TfAM、TfAP、TfBB、TfBC、TfBD、TfBE、TfBM、TfBP、TfCC、TfCD、Tf CM、TfCP、TfDD、TfDE、TfGG、TfGB、TfGC. There were 8 allelic genes TfA,TfB,TfC,TfD,TfE,TfG,TfM,TfP which controlled the polymorphism. Two genetyps TfBC,TfCC and two allelic genes TfB,TfC were all dominant in each population. The locus of Alb was monomorphism.
