摘要
选用 4因素 3水平正交试验设计方案 ,研究日粮维生素A、D3、E对蛋种鸡生长期的影响。结果表明 :6周末体重随VE 水平的提高而提高 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。 14周末体重受VE 的影响显著 ,高水平组(10 0IU/kg)显著 (P <0 0 1)大于低水平组 (10IU/kg)与中水平组 (40IU/kg) ,中、低水平之间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。 6周末血清新城疫抗体效价随VA 水平的提高而显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,高水平VA 和高水平VE 组合组显著高于其它组 (P <0 0 5 )。胫骨中的钙含量随VA 水平的提高显著提高 (P <0 0 1)。VD3 对体重、抗体效价和胫骨钙含量无显著影响 (P >0 0 5 )。
The study on the effects of dietary supplements of vitamin A, D 3 and E on growing egg breed chicken was conducted by orthogonal design with four factors at three levels Results indicated that body weight increased with the increasing of dietary VE (P>0 05) at the 6 weeks of age and significant difference was gotten at the 14 weeks of age (P<0 01), body weight of the group fed dietary VE of high level (100IU/kg) was significantly greater than that of middle level (40IU/kg) and low level (10IU/kg) Titer of antibody against Newcastle disease virus rose with the increasing of dietary VA (P<0 05) at the 6 weeks of age, and the group fed high level of dietary VA and VE was significantly higher than the other groups (P<0 05) Calcium content in tibial bone increased with the increasing of dietary VA(P<0 01) VD 3 had no significant effects on body weight, antibody titer and calcium content in tibial bone
