摘要
簇毛麦是一个对小麦改良有较大利用价值的近缘物种 ,它能够与四倍体和六倍体小麦杂交 ,在其后代中可获得含有簇毛麦有利基因的个体。因而就需要从染色体水平进行仔细的鉴定。本试验就利用Giemsa C带技术对簇毛麦染色体进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,簇毛麦染色体的带纹集中分布在端部、近端部及着丝粒附近 ,同时还具有带纹的多态性 ;尽管这样 ,每对簇毛麦染色体仍具有自己的特征带纹和形态特征 ,属于对称性核型。可以利用其Giemsa C带带纹的分布和形态学特征 ,对簇毛麦染色体及其与小麦染色体之间进行区分 ,为簇毛麦染色体在小麦背景中的准确鉴定提供了保证。
Dasypyrum villosum (L.) Candargy is one of the important species, which contains many interesting characteristics for wheat improvement. It can be hybridized with wheat lines, the resulting progenies might carry D.villosum genes in the wheat background. The need to distinguish the D.villosum chromosomes from one another and from those of wheat has prompted the investigation of the C band distribution on chromosomes of D.villosum. The chromosome pairs of D.villosum are distinguishable from each other and from those of wheat using C band patterns, morphology and size as identification criteria. The chromosomes range from heterobrachial to metacentric with telomeric and subtelomeric, as well as near centric C bands.
