摘要
用Al(i-Bu)_3-H_3PO_4-H_2O-DMA(二甲基苯胺)四元催化剂合成了环氧氯丙烷(ECH)/烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)共聚物。当Al(i-Bu)_3:H_3PO_4:H_2O:DMA=1:0.150—0.175:0.150—0.175:0.08(mol比)时,所得ECH/AGE共聚物的比浓对数粘度(ηi)可达4.0—5.5,转化率大于 95%。ECH/AGE共聚物的硫化、加工和力学性能表明,ECH/AGE共聚物的拉伸强度可通过提高ηi来改善,但ηi>4.0时,强度变化不明显。随ηi的提高,辊筒行为也得到较大改善。
A copolymer of epichlorohydrin ( ECH )-allyglycidyl ether ( AGE ) was prepared with Al (i-Bu) 3-H3PO4-H2O- N(CH3 ) 2 ( DMA) catalyst system.The effects of composition and dosage of catalyst, polymerization temprature and time, and impurities possibly existed in the polymerization system on the copolymerizaton reaction were investigated.When the molar ratio of Al ( i-Bu ) 3 : H3PO4 : H2O : DMA is 1 : 0.150-0.175 : 0.150-0.175: 0.08,the inherent viscosity (ηi,) of ECH/AGE copolymer reached 4.0-5.5, and the conversion was higher than 95%.The tensile strength of ECH/AGE copolymer increased with increasing the ηi, ,but when η7i>4.0, the improvement of tensile strength was not obvious.With the increase of the ηi of ECH/AGE copolymer, its milling behavior was greatly improved.
