摘要
试验选用山东棉花研究中心自育的48个具有优良综合栽培性状的陆地棉新品系为材料进行组织培养,有8个品系经过培养有胚状体发生,3个品系产生的胚状体萌发,分化出完整的植株。从优质高产的鲁9554系中筛选出高分化频率的细胞系,平均胚状体发生数量指数为2.9,植株再生率在30%左右。
Forty-eight of new cotton strains with fine cultural characteristics, selected by Shandong Cotton Research Centre, were used as the trial materials. The embryoids of 8 strains occurred,and regenerated plants of 3 strains were obtained. A large number of regenerated plants have been achieved from Lu 9554, which had high fiber quality and yield potential The average of embryogenesis index of Lu 9554 was 2. 9, and plants were regenerated from the embryoids at a rate of 30%.
