裂解色谱法分析SBR/BR/NR并用胶量比

QUANTITIVE DETERMINATION OF BLEND RATIO OF RUBBERS IN VULCANIZATES OF SBR/BR/NR BY PYROLYSIS GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 用熔融石英毛细管柱和居里点裂解器的气相色谱(PGC)测定了SBR/BR/NR 并用硫化胶的胶量比,所得结果的标准偏差和变异系数分别为1.01—1.49%和2.50—5.84%。本法具有分辨率高、操作简便、速度快以及样品无须溶剂抽提和称量等优点。适用于并用橡胶制品生产过程中的产品质量控制分析。 The blend ratio of rubbers in vulcanizate of SBR/BR/NR was determined quantiatively by pyrolysis gas chromatography ( PGC ) equipped with fused silica capillary column and a Curie point pyrolyzer.The method is very simple and rapid, with high resolution,and it is not need to pre-extract and weigh the sample before PGC analysis.Especially,this method is suitable for the quality control analysis of production of rubber goods. The results showed that the standard deviation and the coefficient of variation were within the range of 1.01-1.49 and 2.50-5.84,respectively.
