喉癌中Hsp70、p53、PCNA的表达及意义

Expression and significance of heat shock protein 70 ,p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen in laryngeal cancer

目的 探讨热休克蛋白 70 (Hsp70 )在喉癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化ABC法检测Hsp70、p5 3蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在喉癌组织中的表达情况。结果 分化差的喉癌组织中Hsp70表达水平明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;Hsp70与p5 3在喉癌组织中的表达呈密切相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ;Hsp70与PCNA增殖指数的表达呈明显相关 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,提示Hsp70的高表达可能是喉癌细胞高度增殖的结果 ;有淋巴结转移的喉癌组织中 ,Hsp70表达水平显著高于无淋巴结转移的癌组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Hsp70与p5 3蛋白在喉癌的演变过程中可能具有协同作用 ;

Objective To determine the expression and significance of heat shock protein 70(Hsp70),p53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in laryngeal cancer.Methods The immunohistochemical staining SABC method was used.Results A higher level of the expression of Hsp70 was discovered in the more poorly differentiated cancer tissues than in the more well differentiated ones( P <0.01) .A close relation was observed in cancerous tissues between Hsp70 and p53( P <0.01), Hsp70 and PCNA labeling index ( P < 0.001 ).The expression of Hsp70 had significant difference between with and without lymph node metastasis( P <0.05).Conclusion Hsp70 and p53 might have combined effect in the course of laryngeal cancer. Hsp70 plays an important role in the development of laryngeal cancer.
