摘要
乙二胺四乙酸钙钠盐是一种良好的食品抗氧化剂,同时也是一种解毒剂和络合剂。本文着重研究了以天然贝壳、氢氧化钙和EDTA为原料来制备该产品的生产流程和工艺条件。
EDTA Calcium disodium Salt is a useful anti-oxidant of foods, detoxica- ting agent and complexing agent. Therefore this paper studied the development of- EDTA calcium disodium salt. The producing process and condition preparing- EDTA calcium disodium salt by the application of shell, calcium hydroxide and EDTA are studied emphatically at the same time.
