Hot Repair of Modern Glass Melting Tank

目前,我国许多玻璃工厂从国外引进了先进的窑炉生产技术和优质的耐火材料,而且已经陆续投入生产。这些优质的耐火材料有电熔和烧结耐火材料,分别来自法国的西普公司(SEPR)、西德的迪迪尔公司(DIDIER)、VGT公司等等。为延长熔窑的使用寿命,在生产期间合理地操作是一个重要的因素,但热修也是非常必要的。本文分析了玻璃熔窑在正常的运行时经常需要热修的区域并针对我国进口耐火材料的现状,着重介绍了西德迪迪尔(DIDIER)公司、VGT公司的热修产品和使用情况。

Nowaday, many glass factories of our country have introduced in advanced technology of glass melting furnace incorpenated with super quality refractories, which have been put into production consequently. Among these refractories sourced either from SEPR. France or DIDIER and VGT, two German manufact- urers, the fused cast and sintered materials take major part. Forkeeping the expected furnace campaign, it's essentially important to turth furnace correctly. Nevertheless protective maintenance and even hot repair are also necessary. This article only deals with the hot repair job for those furnace areas that are comparatively easy to be corroded and the application of the available materials used for hot repair purpose based on the present situation of imported mater ials from DIDIER and VGT.
